Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from Novique. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging. Email noviqueshop@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or refund.
